WHAT OUR CURRENT AGENTS SAY

Dion Mulvaney - Christchurch Painting Agent

Previous to joining PJF Services as an agent I was running a small team which consisted of two apprentices and myself, employing sub-contractors when required. I had wanted to grow my business but found it hard with time restraints while still having to be on the tools and supervising projects.

I had worked for PJF Services on a contract basis in the past and found them to be a professional company. Earlier this year I was looking for more work and approached PJF Services for some sub contract work. James and Andrew are both professional and always look for new innovative ideas and ways to do things better, they have integrity and always strive to be the best they can.

I was offered the opportunity to become an agent for them at a meeting I had in the new office premises. At first I was hesitant as it appeared that by doing so I would be giving up my own business and becoming another employee. After looking into it further I realised this would be a positive move for me to be able to grow my own business. With the advantage of administration, pricing and chasing work all being taken care of by PJF Services. This has given me more time to focus on what I do best, that is running jobs and supervising staff.

The move to become an agent for PJF Services has allowed me to grow my own business from two staff to twelve. Without the offer from PJF Services I don’t think this would have been possible in such a short time and definitely would have taken up a lot of my time. I would advise anyone that is offered the opportunity to become an agent for PJF Services to seriously consider this offer as it has been very beneficial for my business and staff.
